I haven’t been feeling well for the last couple of days so as I do in most situations, I turned to food. Brussels sprouts are incredibly good for you. They are rich in vitamin A, C, and beta-carotene, and they’re quite tasty.
These were so easy to make and took just a few minutes. I simply cut off the stems, cut the sprouts in half and then sauted them in olive oil and garlic until they were slightly soft. I topped with parmesan cheese and dinner was served.
I feel much better today. I’m sure it was the brussels sprouts.
